This is the place on a website where capitalism wants me to insert a slick sales page that highlights your pain points and appeals to a rather judgemental assumption that there is something wrong with you that I will promise to fix in 6 easy steps, or some such foolishness.
My 25+ years of experience walking alongside Black Women in Leadership lets me know that those pitches & frameworks weren’t made for us to do anything with, except break them! There’s a better way…
I lovingly suggest that you run far away from anyone who is “selling you a solution” to the current state of your mind, heart, spirit, dreams, goals and desires. You are not a problem to be solved.
Let me say that again: You are not a problem to be solved!
You are a whole, unique, well-resourced, worthy, priceless, human who has been harmed or otherwise negatively impacted by the realities of life and systemic oppression in this timeline.
You could benefit greatly from a process partner, deep listener, guide, and compassionate co-conspirator to help you navigate the challenges that often feel impossible inside a safe and confidential container.

We orient toward the future focused on healing, personal growth, Spirit and ancestral wisdom guiding us toward collective liberation that we can experience NOW! In joyful collaboration, we co-create a coaching partnership where you are safe to reclaim your voice, dismantle internalized oppression, and align your life with radical self-love and purpose.
Together, we nurture strategies for you to thrive unapologetically within your-Self, relationships, community, and professional spaces more resourced in the gifts of emotional awareness, Spirit, sovereignty, and love.
